Prenatal Flow is a class designed for pregnant women to strengthen and tone their bodies, while stimulating circulation and maintaining flexibility. Through the linking of postures to a slow and rhythmic breath, this class weaves together a powerful yet graceful flow.
There is an emphasis on alignment, proper breathing techniques and pelvic floor work in preparation for labor. This class provides a nurturing and inspiring space for women in every trimester to practice and relax their bodies and minds.

Patti's Vinyasa Flow classes give careful attention to postural alignment and the fluidity of breath. She offers a challenging yet compassionate approach encouraging her students to move through the landscape of postures into a place of stillness and clarity.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga links breath and movement through a nimble sequence of Sun Salutations and postures. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility.
Vinyasa classes are best if you are already physically active and are familiar with several of the basic postures and sun salutations. Depending on the level, Vinyasa classes often include advanced postures such as handstands, arm balances and backbends.
